Throughout his career, he has been involved in transactions relating to real estate development and financing, sales, leases and asset management, as well as in due diligence processes for real estate assets. His experience encompasses providing legal advice on transactions at all phases, from structuring and negotiation through to execution.

He has also advised domestic and international clients on cross-border transactions, providing advice tailored to the specific legal and commercial circumstances of each project

After spending part of his professional career at KPMG Abogados, Ramón joined West Oak Partners, where he currently focuses on providing comprehensive legal advice on property transactions and projects, offering a strategic approach tailored to the needs of each client.
