Luis has built his career in the areas of Real Estate and Commercial Law, complemented by solid experience in town planning and administrative law.
In particular, he has provided legal advice to the country’s leading commercial operators on leasing matters, covering commercial, office and residential properties. His practice also encompasses involvement in tendering processes, the sale and purchase of real estate portfolios, corporate transactions, due diligence processes and projects linked to the renewable energy sector, amongst other areas.
A dual Spanish and US national, he also has extensive experience working with national and international clients, providing legal assistance on cross-border transactions and projects.
Throughout his career, Luis has practised at Garrigues, Linklaters and in the civil service; these experiences have enabled him to develop a comprehensive and strategic understanding of the real estate market, which he currently applies to his position at West Oak Partners.
