Carla began her professional career at West Oak Partners, where she advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of Real Estate, Corporate and Commercial Law matters, bringing a strong cross-border perspective to her work
In this regard, she has extensive experience in the Real Estate sector, with a particular focus on asset acquisitions and leases, sales processes and due diligence, as well as Corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, the preparation of corporate documentation, the management of corporate secretarial duties and shareholders’ agreements, amongst others.
She holds a French Master’s II in European Legal Studies (specialising in European Union Law) from EIPA in Luxembourg and the Université de Lorraine in France, as well as a Bilingual Law degree from the University of A Coruña. Her academic background has provided her with an in-depth understanding of European legal frameworks and a broad international perspective.
Furthermore, Carla is highly multilingual, with native proficiency in Spanish and Catalan, and professional fluency in English, French, and Galician.
