Álvaro is a specialist in Corporate and Real Estate Law. He has advised on some of the most relevant transactions in the Spanish market, including M&A processes, real estate acquisitions, and financing transactions.

 

He has particular expertise in Real Estate, advising on all types of property transactions and projects, from the acquisition and financing of assets to their development, construction, management, and divestment.

 

At the same time, he has significant experience in Corporate and M&A, advising on the sale and purchase of companies and shareholdings, mergers and acquisitions, investments, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements. This combination of expertise enables him to offer integrated legal advice on transactions involving real estate, corporate, and financial aspects.

 

He built his career at Squire Patton Boggs and Linklaters, also served as Chief Legal Officer at Bimba y Lola, and now leads West Oak Partners as Managing Partner, combining strong technical expertise with a deep business-oriented perspective.
